Hope Alive is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to the mission of “bringing hope and encouragement with Christ-like love to emotionally hurting people”. Through our Community Counseling and Residential programs, we provide professional mental health support to women in crisis as well as individuals, couples, and families in need. Job Title: Case Manager
Location: 1747 N. Wells Street Fort Wayne, IN
Hours: Monday–Thursday, primarily 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; one evening per week required with adjusted daytime hours; 32 hours/week; participation in a shared night/weekend on-call rotation; occasional overtime as needed.
Compensation: $18–$22/hour, depending on qualifications
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Position Overview
The Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting women in Hope Alive’s Residential Program. This position provides individualized case management, advocacy, and resource coordination to help clients achieve stability, develop life skills, and move toward greater independence and hope.
